Opening ideas:

(primary idea). Inside tesco for opening, secondary criminal escapes through the front entrance (shutters) sneaky cat and mouse to find primary criminal leads to back entrance, chase begins.

(secondary idea) .Home robbery. Stealing stuff and homeowner calls police. Policeman shows up, (maybe a quick ruff and tumble), chase begins.
